Breakfast -250ml Low fat DL milk + 2 biskut gula
Lunch - 1 bowl of sup tauhu + bayam +ikan goreng 1 pcs
Hi Tea-1/2 cup of bubur pulut hitam!
Dinner - 1/2 bowl of sup tauhu + 1pcs ikan goreng
